Webster's Collegiate Dictionary 1936 edition, pages mounted on panels, 1147 paintings-one per page, grouped by letter. Each page is whited out with gesso leaving certain words and all numbers left unpainted to show through. The words are chosen in a stream of conscious manner, reflecting the state of mind of the artist. So far ( Spring 2006 ), the letters A,D, F, N, O, P, S, and V are done.
